Mind UnWind! 4-week Mindfulness & Meditation Course

“Mind Unwind” MINDFULNESS for All People hosted at Empowered Wellness Studio in Wilmington, DE

4-Week Program: November 7 to November 28 – 7pm-8pm

Current events, day-to-day responsibilities, and a busy lifestyle can wear us out. Mind UnWind will help you carve out space to find calm in the chaos. In this 4-week program, you will learn real tools to help reduce stress and find awareness in your everyday life through Mindfulness and Meditation.

Meditation and Mindfulness practices can give you a sense of calm and balance that benefits your emotional well-being and overall health.

Each week we will learn new ideas and techniques:

  • Paying Attention with Purpose
  • Mindfulness and the Body
  • Experiential Gratitude Practices
  • Present Moment Awareness
  • Body Scanning and Anchoring Techniques
  • Mindfulness of Thoughts
  • Mindfulness of Feelings and Emotions

This program will work for your body, mind, and overall feeling of well-being as you learn techniques to settle the mind and become more aware.

Here’s what’s included:
  • (4) Mindfulness Meditation Classes in person at Empowered Wellness Studio with Chris Kelly, Yoga and Meditation Teacher
  • (1) Individual 15-minute Coaching Call / Check-In with Chris to go over questions that may be arising
  • Mindfulness Techniques and Activities you can do anywhere
  • Time to practice as a group and make new connections
  • Handouts and Worksheets to help create and sustain your own Individual Practice

This course is excellent for ALL people: Brand New Beginners, Intermediate Meditators, and anyone who has stopped and started a meditation practice but has yet to find exactly what works for them. You’ll find interesting insights and ideas even if you are simply looking for new ways to expand living in the present moment. I hope you’ll join us!

Cancelation Policy: Courses must be booked in advance. Full payment must be made online or in person before the course. We will give a full refund for cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to the start of the course. However, fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the course.

The following information will help you get the most out of your Yoga Classes, and clarify your instructor’s role. Please read, sign, and check the box below.

You represent and warrant that you are physically fit, and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation in any Yoga class.
  4. It is your responsibility to monitor each activity to determine whether it is appropriate for you. Although your instructor will guide you, you remain solely responsible for your safety and well-being.
  5. By participating in or attending any activity in connection with this class, whether it be on or off the premises, I consent to the use of any photographs, pictures, film, or videotapes taken of me or provided by me for publicity, promotion, television, websites, or any other use and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright, or other ownership right connected to the same.
  6. In consideration for your participation in any class, workshop and or clinic, whether it be on or off the premises, and by signing this form, you, your heirs, your assigns and your legal representatives hereby forever release, waive, discharge, indemnify, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Chris Kelly or Mama Lama LLC., its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, members, managers, partners, instructors and representatives from all injuries, damages, losses, expenses, attorneys’ fees, settlements, liabilities, claims, suits and causes of action which may result therefrom, and which may affect you and /or Chris Kelly or Mama Lama LLC.
  7. Each instructor reserves the right to refuse participation by any student who behaves in a dangerous, threatening, distressing or disruptive manner.
  8. If you do not wish to receive physical assistance, it is your responsibility to inform your instructor.
