“Mind Unwind” MINDFULNESS for All People hosted at Empowered Wellness Studio in Wilmington, DE
4-Week Program: November 7 to November 28 – 7pm-8pm
Current events, day-to-day responsibilities, and a busy lifestyle can wear us out. Mind UnWind will help you carve out space to find calm in the chaos. In this 4-week program, you will learn real tools to help reduce stress and find awareness in your everyday life through Mindfulness and Meditation.
Meditation and Mindfulness practices can give you a sense of calm and balance that benefits your emotional well-being and overall health.
Each week we will learn new ideas and techniques:
- Paying Attention with Purpose
- Mindfulness and the Body
- Experiential Gratitude Practices
- Present Moment Awareness
- Body Scanning and Anchoring Techniques
- Mindfulness of Thoughts
- Mindfulness of Feelings and Emotions
This program will work for your body, mind, and overall feeling of well-being as you learn techniques to settle the mind and become more aware.
- (4) Mindfulness Meditation Classes in person at Empowered Wellness Studio with Chris Kelly, Yoga and Meditation Teacher
- (1) Individual 15-minute Coaching Call / Check-In with Chris to go over questions that may be arising
- Mindfulness Techniques and Activities you can do anywhere
- Time to practice as a group and make new connections
- Handouts and Worksheets to help create and sustain your own Individual Practice
