We start the Summer Food Cleanse on June 1st, the day after Memorial Day. There are 2 optional days to get a jump start on the program and begin clean eating beforehand. Or enjoy your weekend, and be ready to go on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, we’ll begin by taking the next 10 days to get bathing suit ready. We will reboot our Guts for Optimal Health and Well-Being. You’ll learn how to use Yoga and Mindfulness to reset your Mind and Body. Diving deep, discover how food can cleanse and restore balance in your life.
This reboot will work for your body, mind, and overall feeling of well-being as you reset, and get ready for the warmer weather.
In addition, we will be using Ayurvedic principles offering 2 different flavor profiles for food recommendations – Mediterranean or Southeast Asian. We will dive a little deeper into how to be happy and healthy this summer. You’ll discover what Ayurvedic Dosha category you fall into and learn how to eat, and exercise for your body/mind type.
First things first, you’ll receive a packet of information to help determine your goals and tailor the program to your specific needs. Next up, enjoy a Swag Bag* with some goodies to get you started.
