Over this past year, I found myself taking an impromptu crash course in Mindful Parenting. So many women and caregivers found themselves in stressful parenting situations this year. It wasn’t easy but here are some ideas that might help.

I have a personal relationship with limiting beliefs and understand them very well. Unexpectedly, it was meditation that helped restore my dignity and conquer limiting beliefs.
If you are finding it hard to come up with an idea, solve a problem, or work through a difficult situation then you are not alone. It may sound counter-intuitive, but sitting quietly for a few minutes can get you back on track.
