Ever try to come up with an idea, solve a problem, or work through a difficult situation but couldn’t find your focus? This may sound counter-intuitive, but sitting quietly for a few minutes can get you back on track. Trust me when I tell you, my mind can be scattered and all over the place at times.
I’ll start with a confession; I was over-stressed, over-scheduled and deeply involved in a love affair that was about to end badly. Of course, I didn’t know the breakup was coming. And, I certainly didn’t realize it would happen so fast! Isn’t that usually the case?
