A 10-day Summer Reboot & Cleanse can be a great way to kickstart a healthy eating plan and help you get on track to a healthier lifestyle. A food reboot aims to eliminate unhealthy foods and replace them with nutrient-dense, whole foods that nourish your body. You’ll learn Ayurveda lessons on how to eat, what to eat, and when to eat to feel great, look great, and have more energy. Together, we will discover Ayurvedic self-care practices for more vibrant skin and a healthy summer glow.

Why do a Summer Reboot & Cleanse?

A 10-day reboot can be a great way to reset your eating habits and start fresh with healthier habits. Here are some reasons why a 10-day food reboot could work for you:

  1. BREAK unhealthy eating habits: A 10-day food reboot can help break the cycle of unhealthy eating habits, such as regularly consuming processed foods, sugary snacks, or fast food.
  2. ELIMINATE toxins: By eliminating processed foods, added sugars, and alcohol, a 10-day food reboot can help reduce the amount of toxins in your body and improve your overall health.

We will start the Cleanse on Monday, June 5. The kick-off meeting will be Friday, June 2, to go over the details (also recorded if you can’t make the kick-off). You’ll have plenty of time to gather what you need beforehand.
 
On Monday, June 5, we’ll begin by taking the next 10 days to get bathing suit ready. We will reboot our Guts for Optimal Health and Well-Being. You’ll learn to use Health Eating, Mindfulness, and Yoga to reset your Mind and Body. Diving deep, you’ll discover how food can cleanse and restore balance in your life.

This reboot will work for your body, mind, and overall feeling of well-being as you reset and get ready for summer!

We will use Ayurvedic principles offering recipes along with your bi-weekly food plan. Each day, we will dive a little deeper into how to be happy and healthy. You’ll discover what Ayurvedic Dosha category you fall into and learn how to eat and exercise for your body/mind type.
 
First things first, you’ll receive a packet of information to help you understand the eating program and figure out how to tailor the program to your specific needs. Next up, enjoy a Swag Bag with some goodies to get you started and a complimentary coupon for a Smoothie at kaffé KARMA.

This program is excellent for all levels, including beginners! So grab a friend or group of friends and do it together. Doing a wellness journey with people you have fun with or who will keep you on task is so much fun. Making food together and sharing it amongst your friends is a great way to do the cleanse.

By participating in or attending any activity in connection with this class, whether it be on or off the premises, I consent to the use of any photographs, pictures, film, or videotapes taken of me or provided by me for publicity, promotion, television, websites, or any other use and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright, or other ownership right connected to the same.
  6. In consideration for your participation in any class, workshop and or clinic, whether it be on or off the premises, and by signing this form, you, your heirs, your assigns and your legal representatives hereby forever release, waive, discharge, indemnify, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Chris Kelly or Mama Lama LLC., its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, members, managers, partners, instructors and representatives from all injuries, damages, losses, expenses, attorneys’ fees, settlements, liabilities, claims, suits and causes of action which may result therefrom, and which may affect you and /or Chris Kelly or Mama Lama LLC.
